Claudia is the Global Head of the News Innovation Lab at Bloomberg, which includes news automation, intelligence tools and GenAI for the Bloomberg newsroom. The Lab's mission is to combine technology, depth of data analysis and editorial expertise to drive the creation of scalable content innovation for financial market audiences across the globe.

 

With a career that spans over two decades at Bloomberg, Claudia has extensive experience working at the intersection of journalism, technology and product development. She began her career in the Sao Paulo newsroom, later relocating to London where she has had positions in Sales, leading the News Market Specialists team globally, in News as Managing Editor for News Automation and most recently in News Product. Claudia holds a Diploma in Strategy and Innovation by Said Business School and a Masters in Philosophy and Artificial Intelligence by Northeastern University London.
