After entering crypto as a self-taught developer in 2020, Josh dropped out of university. Despite immersing himself in various ecosystems, Josh decided to build Irys on top of Arweave because of his conviction in the transformative potential of permanent, composable data. Today, Irys processes over 90% of all Arweave transactions.
