Rodrigo is the founder and CEO of Quine, a monetisation layer on top of GitHub that semantically matches developers to paid contribution opportunities in open source.

Rodrigo earned a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Oxford, where he focused on designing numerical algorithms for compressed sensing and topological data analysis. Following his time at Oxford, Rodrigo worked as a data scientist at multiple investment funds in London, where he developed models for equity trading and algorithmic deal sourcing. Prior to founding Quine, Rodrigo served as Visiting Professor in Applied Mathematics at ITAM in Mexico City. In 2016, Rodrigo co-founded the Oxford Artificial Intelligence Society (oxai.org), where he currently serves as a board member.
