The OxGen AI Summit, powered by OxGen AI Limited, is a two-day, multi-stakeholder expert convening focusing on the use cases, impacts, and future of generative AI and society. Tracks cover a wide-range of highly relevant themes, from market market opportunities and societal implications, to latest advances in generative AI. The purpose of the Summit is to facilitate multi-stakeholder knowledge-sharing among enterprise, startups, academia, government, and media.
The OxGen AI Summit 2025 will take place from October 16-17, 2025.
OxGen24 is taking place in Oxford, Oxfordshire, UK. Our venue is Jesus College's state-of-the-art Cheng Kar Shun Digital Hub, which is located at Market Street Oxford OX1 3EQ. The conference centre is located at the corner of Market and Cornmarket Street.

All participants are required to cover their travel and accommodation for the Summit. If you would like to stay overnight in Oxford, we would recommend the following places: The Old Bank Hotel, The Courtyard Marriott, The Store, or the Vanburgh House Hotel.
There will be opportunities to volunteer in the lead up and at the Summit! To inquire about volunteering opportunities, please get in touch at info@oxgensummit.org.
Individuals interested in speaking opportunities can apply at this link by September 1st, 2025. Successful candidates will be notified by mid September at the latest. However, speaking opportunities are highly competitive, and organisations may wish to consider sponsorship opportunities to guarantee a spot.

Thank you for your interest in OxGen25. We currently do not offer discounts for the annual OxGen AI Summit, as our ticket sales play a crucial role in bringing this event to life. Our pricing is competitive with other leading multi-stakeholder AI conferences. We do have a limited number of scholarship passes for individuals who would be unable to attend the Summit without financial assistance. The application can be found here.
