Mark Lippett is the President and CEO of XMOS, a semiconductor company pioneering intelligent processing at the edge. With over 30 years in the technology sector, Mark has led XMOS through its transformation from a specialist in audio and voice technology to a broader leader in AI-enabled edge solutions. His vision has positioned the company at the forefront of flexible, high-performance silicon that powers innovation across consumer, industrial, and automotive markets.

A seasoned leader with deep expertise in semiconductor architectures and real-time processing, Mark is a regular commentator on AI, edge computing, and the future of human–machine interaction.  He holds an MEng, MBA and four patents in multi-processing architectures and algorithms.
