Steve Wood

Steve is director and founder of PrivacyX Consulting, a special advisor to the law firm A&O Sherman and a Visiting Senior Fellow at the Centre for Digital Futures for Children at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Steve previously worked for the ICO, the UK DP regulator, for 15 years, six of those as Deputy Commissioner responsible for policy and strategy.  He was also Chair of the OECD Working Party on Data Governance and Privacy between 2019 and 2022.
